AYURVEDIC REMEDIES- Numbness

Numbness of the body and limbs

Massaging almond oil on the body ends numbness of hands and feet. 

Taking a bath by boiling the leaves of the Peepal tree in hot water definitely cures numbness of the body. 

Numb hands and feet are cured by massaging dry ginger powder(sonth) on the affected part.

Mix equal quantities of Bilva Patra, Peepal, and Chitrak and grind them. Take one spoon of this powder at night and drink 200 grams of hot milk from above. In the morning the dryness in hands and feet will end.

Grind 10-10 pieces of black pepper and big cardamom(badi elaichi) in water and massage it on the body, dryness disappears.

AYURVEDIC REMEDIES- Pain in walking

Pain in walking or extremities

Mixing an equal quantity of sugar or mishri in 50 grams of Ashwagandha and taking it for 10 days cures the bloating of hands and feet.

Taking 1 spoon of castor oil, 5 grams of jaggery, 20  and  grams of flour and roasting it in native ghee, taking it, it gets better to walk on the hands and feet.

Prepare a powder by crushing 100 grams of asparagus (shatavari)- taking 1-1 spoon daily with a loaf of milk gives strength to the nerves of the hands and feet and it becomes better to walk.

Soak 20 grams of almond at night and peel it in the morning, mix mishri in double the quantity. Add 20 grams of white musli powder to it and fry it in desi ghee. Take 2-2 spoons of the prepared medicine with hot water or milk. 

Their pain ends when heating poppy seeds and brinjal in water and keeping their hands and feet in that water. This is a felt recipe.

Ayurvedic Remedies - Gout

According to Ayurveda, this is a very painful disease, in which the patient has to bear a lot of pain in the joints – wrong eating habits and working hard invite the disease.

 

Mix equal parts Ashwagandha, Chopchini, and dried Indian gooseberry to make a powder. At night, take 4 grams of powder with milk or water. It has anti-arthritic properties.

Dissolve both pure crushed and black pepper in betel juice to make 1-1 Ratti tablet. In the morning, drink ginger juice. It helps with all kinds of rheumatic disorders.

Saunth and Giloy - Combine both ingredients in a powder and heat 3-3 grams. Drink plenty of water. Gout can be healed in one month.

Combine 10 grams of pure Gandhak Amlasar, 10 grams of yellow myrobalan rind, and 20 grams of Bahera peel in 10 grams of castor oil. Take 10 grams every day. In one week, arthritis will be gone.

Clean the malkangani before bringing it in. On the first day, feed 1 grain, 2 grains on the second day, and 3 grains on the third day. In this manner, you can take up to 60 grains. Then, one grain at a time, reduce to one grain. Joint pain, vatavyadhi, and Kapha problems are all eliminated by doing so.
