DIY- Amla, Reetha, Shikakai Hair TREATMENT

 1. For Hairfall

The simplest method is to make your own shampoo from these natural ingredients, which are free of chemicals and other additives.

All you have to do is gather the dried versions of these three ingredients.

You can easily find these near you, or you can easily find them online.

Once you've gathered all three ingredients, proceed with the steps below.

1. Combine all of the ingredients in nearly equal parts.

Take approximately 7-8 items of these and soak them in water overnight.

If you have long hair, you can also raise the amount.

2. In the morning, add some more water and bring the mixture to a boil.

3. After properly boiling, set it aside to cool for a few minutes.

4. Once the mix has reached room temperature, use your hands to thoroughly mash all of the ingredients.

5. Attempt to separate the pulp from the mixture before straining it.

6. Wash your hair with this mixture instead of your regular shampoo.

7. You may make a huge batch of this mixture and utilise it numerous times.

Make sure it's in an airtight container.

2. Hair mask with amla, reetha, and shikakai for lustrous, silky, and long hair

Crush these three miraculous components to make your natural hair mask. To make a fine powder, simply combine them in a blender. All three ingredients should be used in equal amounts. Take the powder as per the hair length to utilise this mask. Toss in some plain water or rose water. To make a thick paste, mix all of the components in a bowl and mix. Apply this paste to your hair from roots to ends after you've washed it. Keep the paste for a while before rinsing it with only water. This cure can be used once or thrice a week.

3. For dandruff, use amla, reetha, and shikakai.

  • These nutrients might also help you get rid of dandruff.
  • To combat dandruff, combine the three substances in a powder.
  • Toss the powder with 2 tbsp of ghee or coconut oil.
  • Before using, thoroughly combine all of the components.
  • Apply this paste to your scalp and leave it on for a few minutes.
  • After that, use a gentle shampoo to wash your hair.
  • This cure should be done at least weekly.

Soap nuts are versatile and can be used in place of many traditional detergents, soaps, and cleaning agents. Soap nuts, despite their name, are a fruit and will not cause nut allergies.
