Ayurvedic Remedies - Gout

Mix equal parts Ashwagandha, Chopchini, and dried Indian gooseberry to make a powder. At night, take 4 grams of powder with milk or water. It has anti-arthritic properties.

Dissolve both pure crushed and black pepper in betel juice to make 1-1 Ratti tablet. In the morning, drink ginger juice. It helps with all kinds of rheumatic disorders.

Saunth and Giloy - Combine both ingredients in a powder and heat 3-3 grams. Drink plenty of water. Gout can be healed in one month.

Combine 10 grams of pure Gandhak Amlasar, 10 grams of yellow myrobalan rind, and 20 grams of Bahera peel in 10 grams of castor oil. Take 10 grams every day. In one week, arthritis will be gone.

Clean the malkangani before bringing it in. On the first day, feed 1 grain, 2 grains on the second day, and 3 grains on the third day. In this manner, you can take up to 60 grains. Then, one grain at a time, reduce to one grain. Joint pain, vatavyadhi, and Kapha problems are all eliminated by doing so.
