DANTIMOOL

 

Danti is a shade-loving plant that thrives in a humid climate. This plant is also known as red physic nut, wild castor, wild croton, and wild sultan seeds. It is a medicinal plant in use in Ayurvedic medicine to treat a variety of ailments. Leaves, dantimool, or dried root are used for a variety of therapeutic applications. This plant's seeds and roots are purgatives. The root's solvents and extract have anticancer, antioxidant, antibacterial, immunological stimulatory, and hepatoprotective properties. It includes glycoterpenoids, steroids, flavonoids, titerpenoids, diterpenes, saponins, and flavonoids, among other chemical elements. This plant's leaves contain anti-asthmatic and wound-healing effects.

 

Danti's Benefits (Baliospermum montanum)

  • Danti is a blood purifier, and a paste made from danti roots and seeds is used to treat edoema and discomfort. Both alleviate pain by acting as analgesics.

PIPPALI- Long Pepper

 


Pippali is an Ayurvedic plant that is utilised in a variety of Ayurvedic treatments.

Pippali's roots and fruits are used for medical purposes.This plant's fruits are pale yellow to orange in colour and have a strong flavour.

Pippali is a popular home treatment for coughs and colds.

Because of its expectorant properties, swallowing Pippali powder with honey after lunch and dinner helps remove mucus from the airways, allowing the patient to breathe more easily.
