TEJPATTA- Indian Bay Leaf

 

Tejpatta is made from the dried leaf of the Cinnamomum tamala plant. It is a member of the Lauraceae family and the genus Cinnamomum, which has over 270 plant species that are found in their natural habitat throughout Asia and Australia.
