Female Tonic Shatavari:

During their reproductive years, women are more likely to be subjected to psychological, physical, & physiological stresses. Ayurveda considers shatavari to be a feminine tonic. It aids in curing female infertility by boosting libido, curing sexual organ inflammation & even moistening dry tissues, boosting folliculogenesis & ovulation, getting ready the womb for conception, trying to prevent miscarriages, & acting as a postpartum tonic by boosting lactation, normalising the uterus, and changing hormones, as well as being a rejuvenating herb.

Shatavari's Neuroprotective Effects:

The major neuronal cell death processes in Alzheimer's and Parkinson's diseases are excitotoxicity and oxidative stress. Asparagus racemosus is a very well nervine tonic in the Ayurvedic school of medicine. Alzheimer's disease, among the most prevalent neurodegenerative conditions, causes dementia as a symptom. Sarsasapogenin, a steroidal saponin present in A. racemosus, has been demonstrated to have anti-amyloidogenic properties, which might help to halt dementia progression.

Shatavari's Antioxidant Activity:

Shatavari has anti-oxidant properties because it reduces lipid peroxidation & protein oxidation. The Shatavari root produces three anti-oxidants: racemofuran, asparagamine A, and racemosol, which protect your body from sickness and harm.
